Set a 5-minute timer and write down every loose thread in your head. The point is the emptying, not the list.

When you can't think clearly enough to plan, pick ONE concrete, finishable task and do only that.

Built for you
During onboarding, you select the profiles that match your brain. Amplifly uses this to warm the recommendation engine with research-cited priors for your specific profile — so it's already calibrated before you log a single session.
Amplifly doesn't tell you to do more. It helps you understand how your brain actually works so you can stop fighting it.
The on-device recommender is a Thompson-sampling contextual bandit. It starts from research priors for your ND profile and updates every time you give feedback.
AuDHD isn't the same as ADHD. A sharp day isn't the same as a foggy one. Amplifly's arm key includes your ND profile, brain state, and time of day — so posteriors don't average across contexts.
Research priors mean recommendations make sense from day one. After 20–30 outcomes, your personal data starts to dominate.
Privacy by default
Amplifly works entirely offline by default. Brain check-ins, flow sessions, your ND profile, and the recommendation model all live in your device's local storage. Nothing leaves your phone unless you create an account and ask it to.
We collect no analytics, no crash reports, and no advertising data. There is no third-party SDK in this app that phones home.

Create a free account to back up and restore across devices. Your data is encrypted in transit and stored on Supabase's secure servers solely to power sync — never sold, never shared.
The recommendation engine (Thompson-sampling bandit) and the flow forecast (neural network) both run entirely on your device. We never see your posteriors or your sessions.
