A flow & strengths tool for neurodivergent minds
Check in with how your brain feels right now. Get matched techniques that work for that specific state. Log your sessions. Watch a personal operating manual build itself — stored and computed on your device, no analytics tracking.
On the App Store as Amplifly Lite — the software-only release. Integration with the BioProxal wearable is in development. What that means →
Five brain states. Pick one when you wake up, update it whenever it shifts. No wrong answer.
The Loop
Not another wellness tracker — a tool for spending more hours per week in your zone. It's a feedback loop that gets smarter the more you use it, without you doing extra work.
Pick the state that matches how your brain feels — Sharp, Buzzing, Flat, Foggy, or Scattered. Takes five seconds, and you can update it any time your brain shifts.
Amplifly's on-device recommender suggests the conditions most likely to work for your current state — then learns from your feedback.
After deep work, log how long, how locked-in you were, what helped, and what drained you. 60 seconds — or run the built-in Focus timer and the log opens with the time already measured.
Over time, the Manual tab fills in: your best hours, your top helpers, your highest-flow brain states, what the recommender has learned.
What's live, and what's next
The app you can download right now is Amplifly Lite: every feature on this page, no hardware required. In parallel, we're partnering with BioProxal, a separate company whose wearable is being built specifically for Amplifly, to bring a live physiological signal into the same loop. The wearable will be optional.
The wearable integration is not in the App Store build yet, and we won't say it is until it ships. What's below describes how it is actually built today, not a promise about the final version.

How the integration is built
A wrist-worn optical sensor over Bluetooth
The BioProxal wearable talks to the phone over Bluetooth LE while the app is open. No background scanning, no location permission.
Every number is computed on the wearable
The app receives finished values — a flow score, heart rate, HRV, SpO2, breathing rate — and never a raw signal. It only decodes and displays them.
Flow score leads the Today screen
When connected, the wearable's flow score sits at the top of Today, above your brain check-in. Readings are withheld when contact is poor or data goes stale, rather than shown as if they were good.
You label how you feel
Tap Overwhelmed, Crashing, Focused, or Calm, or log a break. Those labels are sent to the wearable and are what move its baseline from population-level to personalized.
Everything else keeps working
The wearable is optional — one more signal in the loop. Check-ins, conditions, the recommender, the manual — all of it runs with or without a device connected.
Not in the App Store build
Nothing wearable-related ships in the app you can download today. Before a wearable-enabled version is released, the privacy policy will be updated to describe exactly what the app does with the wearable's numbers.
No release date yet. The privacy policy will describe the wearable data flow before a wearable-enabled version ships. Join the email list and we'll tell you when it does.
Five brain states
Your brain state shapes everything — what kind of work you can do, which techniques will help, how to protect your energy. Knowing which state you're in is the whole game.
Clear, focused, the world feels organized.

Your brain shifts. So does Amplifly.
Check in when you wake up, then update your state whenever it changes — Buzzing at 9, Sharp by 2, Flat by 5. Every recommendation is filtered through your current state and the time of day, and each check-in is timestamped so your manual learns how you move through a day.
Get it on the App Store →12 built-ins · 4 phases · plus your own
Each condition is evidence-informed and phase-matched. Amplifly learns which ones work for your specific brain state, time of day, and ND profile — then prioritizes accordingly.
4-4-4-4 breath
Drops your heart rate and clears the static so you can sit down to focused work.
5 min of movement
Five minutes of any movement before deep work. Drains buzzing energy into a sharper state.
Close everything else
Close every tab and app except the one you need. Open tabs are the strongest predictor of context-switching.
Same music, every time
Play the same instrumental playlist every time you do deep work. Over weeks, the music becomes a primer.
Silence + 25 min
Phone in DND, 25-minute timer, no checking until it ends. The timer turns vague intention into a concrete container.
Capture, don't chase
When a tangent thought arrives mid-flow, write it on a sheet beside you. The paper holds it so your brain can let go.
Water, food, bathroom
Every 60–90 minutes: are you hydrated, fed, and have you been to the bathroom? Most "I lost focus" moments are unmet body needs.
60-second log
When a session ends, take 60 seconds to log what happened. The data is what builds your operating manual.
Lie flat, 10 min
Not a nap. Lie flat, no inputs, for 10 minutes. ND brains need real downstate, not just couch-and-phone.
Empty your head onto paper
Set a 5-minute timer and write down every loose thread in your head. The point is the emptying, not the list.
Pick one thing
When you can't think clearly enough to plan, pick ONE concrete, finishable task and do only that.
Use your senses to land
Five things you see, four you feel, three you hear, two you smell, one you taste. Pulls you out of your head and into the room.
Add something you already know works for you and it joins the list as a first-class option — the app learns when it helps. Mark thumbs up or down on any condition, or log a flow session and tag which one you used. The bandit updates its posteriors on your device.
Get it on the App StoreYour operating manual
Every brain check-in and flow session you log teaches Amplifly something. Over time, the Manual tab becomes the most honest description of how your brain actually works — not how it's supposed to work.
The more you log, the sharper it gets. Patterns that took years to half-notice become visible in weeks.

What the recommender has figured out
Built for you
Pick the profiles that match your brain — during onboarding or whenever you feel like it. Five of them come with research-cited priors that warm up the recommender before you've logged a single session. The rest start from the brain-state and time-of-day priors and learn purely from your own outcomes — no invented effect sizes.
You can pick none if you'd rather not say; the recommender still works, it just starts more generic.
Highlighted profiles ship with research-cited priors.
Amplifly doesn't tell you to do more. It helps you understand how your brain actually works so you can stop fighting it.
The on-device recommender is a Thompson-sampling contextual bandit. It starts from research priors and updates a Beta posterior every time you give feedback.
AuDHD isn't the same as ADHD. A sharp day isn't the same as a foggy one. Amplifly's arm key includes your ND profile, brain state, and time of day — so posteriors don't average across contexts.
Research priors mean recommendations make sense from day one. Every thumbs-up, thumbs-down, or tagged session adds a full observation; after roughly 10–20 outcomes in a given context, your personal data dominates.
Privacy by default
Brain check-ins, flow sessions, your ND profile, and the recommendation model all live in your device's local storage, and every algorithm runs on the phone. Your account keeps that data backed up and available across devices — nothing else touches it.
We collect no analytics, no crash reports, and no advertising data. The only service the app talks to is Supabase, and only to sync your own account.
Read the full privacy policy →Every brain check-in, flow session, ND profile, and learned recommendation posterior is stored in your phone's local storage using AsyncStorage. Once you're signed in, the app works offline.
Amplifly needs an account, so your data syncs to it — encrypted in transit and stored on Supabase's servers solely so it's there on your next device. Never sold, never shared.
The recommendation engine (Thompson-sampling bandit) and the flow forecast (neural network) both run entirely on your device. Amplifly Lite, the version on the App Store today, uses no sensors, wearables, or biometric data — just what you tell it.
The optional BioProxal integration in development keeps the same rule: readings are computed on the wearable, and the app receives only finished numbers, never a raw signal. The privacy policy will be updated to describe the wearable data flow before that version ships.
Sign out to immediately stop syncing. Your local data stays on your device. To delete your account and all stored data, email hello@amplifly.me.
