Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Amplifly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What Amplifly is

Amplifly is a personal productivity and self-understanding tool designed for neurodivergent individuals. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Nothing in Amplifly constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any health-related questions or decisions.

3. Your account

Amplifly requires an account to use. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for providing an email address you control. Notify us immediately at hello@amplifly.me if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may delete your account at any time by emailing us. We will remove all associated data from Supabase within 7 days of your request.

4. Pricing

Amplifly is a paid application. The current price is $2.99 (USD), as shown on the App Store at the point of download, and any purchase is processed by Apple under its own terms. All features — brain check-ins, conditions, flow logging, the Focus timer, the recommender, and the operating manual — are included, and the account required to use the app, along with its cross-device sync, carries no additional charge.

If we change pricing or introduce additional paid features in the future, the current terms will be reflected on the App Store before you purchase.

5. User responsibilities

• Use Amplifly only for lawful personal purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any backend infrastructure.
• You are responsible for the content you enter (notes, activity descriptions, etc.).

6. Intellectual property

All app code, design, copy, and algorithms are owned by Amplifly. Your personal data (check-ins, sessions, profile) belongs to you. We claim no ownership over the content you create within the app.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Amplifly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any recommendation will produce a particular outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amplifly and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice. Continued use of Amplifly after changes constitutes acceptance.
